About me

I have always been interested in how past experiences influence our behaviour, our experience of the present moment, our decisions and who we are. Gaining this understanding can help us to evolve and choose how we want to live our lives.

Because of this interest, I started to study psychology in Klagenfurt, Austria, I continued at the University of Dresden and graduated there – and fell in love with Leipzig as I visited the city often.

I also got to know the Grinberg Method while I was still studying in 2010. I loved that working with the method was so direct, so I finished my Master’s degree knowing already that I wanted to learn this method myself.

After graduating and one year of travelling, I started to learn the Grinberg Method and I’ve been working with clients since 2014. I got to know and love the ‘Pantarei Approach’ as another holistic body work method and I´m integrating this approach in my work with clients. Since 2020, I experience the “Diamond Approach” as a student/client and in 2023, I did a first seminar in “principles of NARM”, which is a body-oriented method to work with developmental trauma.
I love this job very much, it’s very fulfilling work, to accompany people on their way to their personal goals, to more freedom, more autonomy, energy and joy in their lives.

For me, working with the body provides a wonderfully direct and simple access; subconscious patterns that people get stuck in can be worked on, „grabbed“ and changed in a very direct way. It is a wonderful experience to be able to listen, feel and taste differently after the treatments, to perceive the world and your own possibilities differently, that’s a fantastic experience and a very strong motivation, to work on one’s own issues.

To me, it is enriching to make that experience together with my clients.
I personally see it as a very interesting approach not to have pre-packaged answers, to go on a new journey with every new encounter – that’s how my work stays interesting and vivid.

Since December 2022, I am experiencing motherhood as another intense, fulfilling journey.
